Returns

If your product has become defective or you received your product defective, please contact us.

Received wrong item When you receive your order, always check that you received the same product as you ordered. If not, please let us know immediately.

Right of withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then be credited for the full order amount, including any shipping costs. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Alternatief vof with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. 

To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@alternatief.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
